Richard
Hokin, 67, has been a member of the board of Intermountain
Industries since 1982 and has served as Chairman of its board
and of each of its subsidiaries since 1984. Mr. Hokin is
Managing Director of Century America, LLC, a privately owned
holding company, and the sole general partner of Century
Partners-Idaho, Intermountains principal shareholder. Mr. Hokin
has been a director of Displaytech, Inc., Longmont, Colorado, a
developer and manufacturer of electronic micro displays, since
1995, and he has served as a director of the Pacific Coast Gas
Association.
William
C. Glynn, 63, has served as President of Intermountain
Industries and each of its subsidiaries since 1987. From 1979 to
1987 he served as Chief Financial Officer of MDU Resources
Group, Inc. He was
elected a Director of Intermountain Industries in 1987 and
currently serves on the board of each of its subsidiaries. He is
also a director of Displaytech Inc. Mr. Glynn has served as
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pacific Coast Gas
Association, a Director and Chairman of the Board of the
Federal Reserve Board of San Francisco, Salt Lake City Branch.
and a member of the Board of Directors of the
American Gas Association.
Paul
R. Powell, 46, has served as Executive Vice President, Finance,
Investments, and Chief Financial Officer of Intermountain
Industries, Inc. and each of its subsidiaries since 2002. Mr. Powell joined
Intermountain Gas Company as Sr. Vice President, Administration
in September 1999 after spending 15 years with Andersen
Consulting, a leading international business and technology
consulting firm. While at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Powell served
on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Coast Gas Association.
He currently serves on the boards of the Western Energy
Institute, Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce, and Hidden Springs
Charter School.
In 2004 Governor Kempthorne appointed Mr. Powell to serve on the
Idaho Public Charter School Commission.
Mike
Rich, 55, is Vice President
and Treasurer of Intermountain Industries, Inc. and its two
major subsidiaries: Intermountain Gas Company and III
Exploration. Mr. Rich joined Intermountain Gas Company in
September 1991. In June 1997 he transferred IGI Resources, Inc.,
an energy marketing company owned by Intermountain Industries,
Inc., where he served as controller through September 2000. IGI
Resources was acquired by another energy company in September
2000 where Mr Rich served as Vice President Finance and
Administration. In June 2002 he returned to Intermountain
Industries, Inc as Vice President & Treasurer. Mr. Rich was an
employee of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1984 to 1991. He has served
on the boards of directors of several local charitable
organizations.
Scott
Madison, 43, has been Vice President, Controller and Chief
Accounting Officer for Intermountain Industries and each of its
subsidiaries since April 2002. He has served as Controller of
Intermountain Gas Company since June of 1997. He has served as
Controller of Petoglyph Energy, Inc, the General Partner of
IIIXIILP, since April of 2001. From 1987 to 1997 Mr. Madison was
an employee of Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Madison is a Certified
Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants and the Idaho Society of Certified
Public Accountants. Mr. Madison serves on the Board of Director
for the Better Business Bureau of Southern Idaho and as the
State Treasurer of Idaho Ducks Unlimited.
