Richard Hokin - Chairman of the Board
Richard
Hokin has been a member of the board of Intermountain
Industries since 1982 and has served as Chairman of its board
and of each of its subsidiaries since 1984. Mr. Hokin is
Managing Director of Century America, LLC, a privately owned
holding company, and the sole general partner of Century
Partners-Idaho, Intermountain's principal shareholder. He has served as a director of the Pacific Coast Gas
Association.
Bill Glynn - President
William
C. Glynn has served as President of Intermountain
Industries and each of its subsidiaries since 1987. From 1979 to
1987 he served as Chief Financial Officer of MDU Resources
Group, Inc. He was
elected a Director of Intermountain Industries in 1987 and
currently serves on the board of each of its subsidiaries. Mr. Glynn has served as
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Pacific Coast Gas
Association, a Director and Chairman of the Board of the
Federal Reserve Board of San Francisco, Salt Lake City Branch
and a member of the Board of Directors of the
American Gas Association.
Paul Powell - Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer
Paul
R. Powell was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Petroglyph Energy
in September 2008. He previously has served as Executive Vice President, Finance,
Investments, and Chief Financial Officer of Intermountain
Industries, Inc. and each of its subsidiaries from 2002 - 2008.
Mr. Powell joined
Intermountain Gas Company as Sr. Vice President, Administration
in September 1999 after spending 15 years with Andersen
Consulting, a leading international business and technology
consulting firm. While at Andersen Consulting, Mr. Powell served
on the Board of Directors for the Pacific Coast Gas Association.
He currently serves on the board of the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce.
Michael E. Rich - Vice President & Treasurer
Mike Rich is Vice President
and Treasurer of Intermountain Industries, Inc. and each of its subsidiaries.
Mr. Rich joined Intermountain Gas Company in
September 1991. In June 1997 he transferred to IGI Resources, Inc.,
an energy marketing company owned by Intermountain Industries,
Inc., where he served as controller through September 2000. IGI
Resources was acquired by another energy company in September
2000 where Mr. Rich served as Vice President Finance and
Administration. In June 2002 he returned to Intermountain
Industries, Inc. as Vice President & Treasurer. Mr. Rich was an
employee of Arthur Andersen LLP from 1984 to 1991. He has served
on the boards of directors of several local charitable
organizations.
Richard W. Beath - Vice President & Controller
Richard W. Beath is Vice President and Controller of Intermountain Industries, Inc.
and each of its subsidiaries. Mr. Beath began his career with Intermountain
in March 1999 through one of its subsidiaries, IGI Resources, Inc., where he served as Accounting Manager.
IGI Resources was acquired by another energy company in September 2000, where Mr. Beath
served as the controller beginning in June 2002. In December 2003, he returned to Intermountain
and its subsidiaries as Director of Financial Planning & Treasury through September 2008.
Ken Smith - Executive VP & Chief Technical Officer
Sidney Kennard Smith is Executive Vice President and
Chief Technical Officer of Petroglyph Energy, Inc. He was Petroglyph's
Chief Operating Officer from 1999 to 2008.
Mr. Smith is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas and
Idaho Societies of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Smith is also a
member of both the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the
Society of Petroleum Engineers.
Bruce West - VP of Production & Engineering
Bruce West is Vice President, Engineering and
Production of Petroglyph Energy, Inc. He started with Petroglyph in 2003
serving as a reservoir engineer and then engineering manager.
Mr. West worked nine years for Apache Corporation in both Denver and
Houston as a production engineer working the both the Rocky Mountains
and Permian Basin. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum
Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA in Finance from
the University of Houston. Mr. West is a member of the Society of
Petroleum Engineers.
