Intermountain
Gas Company (History)was incorporated in 1950 under the laws of the
State of Idaho. It is the primary distributor of natural gas in
Idaho serving over 300,000 customers.
Because of the strength of the Idaho economy and
the competitiveness of its prices, it is one of the
fastest growing gas distribution companies in the nation.
Except for the wholesale cost of natural gas, it has not changed
its base price since 1981. |

Eldon Book, Executive VP and COO of
Intermountain Gas Company
Eldon Book, 59, is Executive Vice-President,
and COO of Intermountain Gas Company. Prior
to this he served as Sr. Vice President of Operations. He serves on committees for the American Gas
Association and the Western Energy Institute. Mr. Book currently serves
as Board Chair of Junior Achievement of Idaho and also serves on the
Board of Directors of United Way of Treasure Valley.
Tim Clark, VP of Regions,
Intermountain Gas Company
Tim Clark, 52, is Vice President of Regions for
Intermountain Gas Company. Prior to this he served as the Director of
the Eastern Region. He is active in industry associations, serving on
committees for both the American Gas Association and the Western Energy
Institute. Active in the community as well, he has served on numerous
Boards of Directors including Boise Neighborhood Services, Bannock
Development Corp, and the Pocatello Chamber of Commerce.
